Ant also specialises in benchmarking, business case development, portfolio management, operating model development and programme assurance. Prior to SSG Advisory Ant spent 10 years at NCC Group PLC where he led the strategy, sourcing and governance business streams. Prior to NCC Ant worked for the Audit Commission where he led VfM projects and Fujitsu where he was a technical consultant and project manager. Ant has an MSc in computational physics and holds an MBA.
Imran ali
Imran has enjoyed a long career in IT and has held global director-level positions at Microsoft, Gartner and Cadbury Schweppes. In his early career he was Head of IT for the Leisure Services Department at Liverpool City Council. Imran is an expert on IT architecture and cloud strategy. Prior to working in IT, Imran was a qualified ship's master.

Alasiair has strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills with experience of working at all levels across an organisation including the C-level suite. Alastair holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics.
